How it started for my family
What I was looking for was a solution to my 5 year old daughter’s chronic breathing issue. What I discovered, not only helped my daughter, but it did so much more.
I was immediately attracted to the uniqueness of these solutions and then to the endless possibilities of impacting people around the world and I knew then that it was my duty and obligation to spread the word.
To live our life to the fullest and thrive, we want to optimize our health in all areas of our life. Two key factors contributing to our stress level and overall well-being.

Too often we wait for something to go wrong, before we start paying attention to it, or before understanding how important it is. And so I challenge each and every one of us to think and act proactively. It is always simpler and easier to start from a place of strength versus a place of stress, whether it is about our physical or financial well-being.

A gift was given to me 19 years ago that impacted my family in so many wonderful ways, and has been a big contributor to my family’s quality of life and finances. I discovered the world of entrepreneurship, enabling me to continue to be a stay-at-home mom, have a career from home that provided me the time flexibility I wanted. I discovered the world of natural health solutions and how to proactively take care of my family’s health. Today I feel 40, even though the calendar tells me differently and I have more health and vitality now than I did 20 years ago!
Keeping healthy and strong plays an important role in how much we are able to enjoy our life. So it is wise to think and act proactively, and make better, smarter choices that will elevate our overall well-being.

A good night’s sleep is where your body recharges. It is critical to good health and peak performance. One hour of sleep equals several more hours of productivity. Deep restful sleep helps with stress relief and muscle tension.

The food you eat is either building up or breaking down your body. Putting in premium fuel to your body, will allow it to run at optimal performance.
Failure to drink enough water can create excess body weight, impact brain function, cause fatigue, joint pain, headaches, skin issues… Ask yourself:
- How much water should I drink each day?
- Where can I get the best quality water?
- Can I do good for the environment at the same time?
