Why me, why now?
Many people ask me, “How did I go from Corporate IT, to stay-at-home mom to Entrepreneur, Success Coach, and Speaker?” Simply put, I do what I love, and I love what I do!
But looking back, I realized that I made a conscious choice to build the life I wanted, a life of happiness, wholeness and fulfillment. I understood that from that moment forward, I would have to be intentional and make the choices that would support my heart’s desire. I have learned that I have the power to shape my life with the choices that I make every day, no matter how trivial they may look.
My Journey
My career started with 16 years in corporate. I lived the rewards and challenges of climbing the ladder from software developer to executive with large multinational corporations, including L’Oréal, one of the largest Cosmetic companies in the world, BNP and Paris Indosuez Banks. That career took me from France, to Hong Kong, and then on to Japan.
I then chose to take an 8-year career break to be a stay-at-home mom as the “Chief Home Officer”, moving to Canada and then to my current home in California.
Next, I decided to become an entrepreneur, but when I started out, I did not believe that I could run a business. I had lost confidence in myself; I was full of fears and self-doubts, and I was absolutely petrified by the idea of speaking in public. Since then, I adopted a growth mindset and have been on an ongoing journey of personal discovery and transformation that continues to this day.
Over a period of 25 years, I built an International Health Network from home and expanded my work into Leadership Coaching, working with professionals and business owners who are committed to take their overall success to the next level.
I am also a partner at CoSuccess Partners where we work with multinational corporations, startups and technology, public sector and education to build High Trust High Performance cultures, leaders and teams.
Through my professional and personal life path, I have acquired a deep understanding of how to focus on the essential, how to identify, manage and overcome challenges, and how to create victories, big and small, while enjoying the journey.
